A heatwave is expected to hit Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield over the weekend.
Temperatures are expected to rise as high as 29 degrees in Welwyn Hatfield at the beginning of next week.
Although July has been cold and wet so far, temperatures in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield should rise over the weekend, with highs of 25 degrees tomorrow and 26 degrees on Sunday.
The weather will get even hotter at the beginning of next week, with 28 degrees on Monday and a boiling 29 degrees on Tuesday.
The nice weather may not last as, although high temperatures are still predicted, rain is forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.
