A VILLAGE pub near Potters Bar has been put on the market after the company which owned it went into administration.
Asset Manager Solutions, the administrators of Pubs ‘n’ Bars Plc, is inviting bidders for The Old Guinea, Crossoaks Lane, Ridge.
The watering hole is being advertised through Sussex-based property valuers A W Gore & Co.
An advert has also appeared on the website of the pub industry bible Morning Advertiser.
The pub is being offered with a guide rent of �25,000 per year and is available either as a tenancy or on a longer term lease.
