COUNCILLORS will have a chance to grill the people behind the Hatfield incinerator proposal at a special meeting.

Representatives from Veolia Environmental Services and Hertfordshire County Council will be at Welwyn Hatfield Council’s environment overview and scrutiny committee on Monday, October 10, to answer questions from borough and Hatfield town councillors.

The meeting is open to the public, but only councillors can ask questions. If you have a specific question you would like answered contact your ward councillor before the meeting to ask it on your behalf.

The meeting is at Campus West, WGC, at 7pm.
