A CRUNCH meeting will be held on Monday to consider the outcome of a late licence application from the University of Hertfordshire for its new multi-million pound Forum.

Welwyn Hatfield Council's licensing sub-committee will meet to decide whether to grant the Hatfield-based institution a licence to sell alcohol and host entertainment until midnight, at the venue, in College Lane, Hatfield.

The public meeting will take place at 3pm, in the council chamber at Campus West.
