Unconscious man rushed to hospital after Howlands incident

A man in his 60s was rushed to hospital last night after he was found unconscious at a home in Howlands, Welwyn Garden City.

The ambulance service was called at 8.47pm, and two ambulances, three rapid response vehicles, a Hazardous Area Response Team vehicle, and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.

Although unconscious, the man was still breathing, and was taken to the Lister Hospital by land ambulance.
