TWO men had to be cut from their vehicles following a car smash in Hatfield.
Firefighters rushed to the scene of the accident, at the junction of Green Lanes and Great Braitch Lane at around 2.30pm on Saturday.
Cutting equipment was used to rescue the men from their stricken vehicles and they were then taken to the QE2 Hospital in WGC with minor injuries.
A lamppost was also damaged in the crash.
