Two girls have been charged following a stabbing in Hatfield


Two teenage girls have been charged on suspicion of conspiracy to commit serious assault in Hatfield.

The pair have now been charged following their arrests in connection with a stabbing in Oak Tree Close, Hatfield, just before 11.50pm on Tuesday, January 3.

Eighteen-year-old Olivia Grimshaw, of Bishops Rise, Hatfield, and a 17-year-old girl from Welwyn Garden City, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged today.

Both young women have been released on police bail and are due to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court on February 10.
