Two men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to steal vehicles in Hertsmere.

A 28-year-old man from London and a 26-year-old man from Kent were arrested in London following a covert police operation carried out by Hertsmere officers.

The arrests are in connection with a number of van and high end vehicle theft offences across Potters Bar and Borehamwood.

Both men have been released under investigation while extensive enquiries are carried out.
