STUNNING new animal murals painted by a teenager have been unveiled at Southridge RSPCA Animal Centre.
The murals were unveiled last week by vet David Grant, star of BBC television programme Animal Hospital.
They were painted by Laura Keer, 17, who won a competition held by the RSPCA to help brighten up the centre.
A keen volunteer at the Packhorse Lane centre in South Mimms, Laura completed the paintings over the summer.

She designed and painted them to decorate one of the dog kennel blocks, the cattery, the stables, the rabbits and a small animal house.
Centre manager Anna White said: "The murals are fantastic and will make a big difference to brightening up the look for the kennels and all our buildings for our visitors."

It is hoped the competition, open for 14 to 19-year-olds will now be an annual event.
