Singer and former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has put her plush former Brookmans Park mansion up for sale.
And if you have a spare £4.5m, the huge abode could be just the place to set up home.
The mansion, in Kentish Lane, is being sold by estate agent Statons and is described as a “spectacular Georgian style detached residence”.
The palatial pad, which was rented by the star, weighs in at just under 10,000 sq ft is set in extensive landscaped gardens and grounds of approximately two acres with an indoor pool complex and panoramic countryside views.
The home also includes a large gravel drive, spacious rooms and a huge staicase and comes complete with a cinema room, guest cloakroom and gymnasium.
The estate agent described Brookmans Park as “one of the most desirable places to live in Hertfordshire with its village atmosphere and unique homes.
“The larger town of Potters Bar (Junction 24 on the M25) and St Albans are within close proximity, offering an array of shopping and leisure facilities.”
