The evening rush hour has been made even slower tonight in Potters Bar thanks to traffic signal timings.
Metroline Herts has warned that buses are late because of the problem and the company has reported the issue.
Herts County Council Highways has also confirmed it is aware of the problem and an engineer will be out to fix the lights.
