Ever wanted to put your thoughts to the rail bosses face to face? Now you can.
Thameslink railways, which serve Welwyn Hatfield and Potters Bar stations, are holding one of their regular ‘meet the manager’ sessions tomorrow morning (June 21) to allow passengers to speak up about rail issues.
You’ll be able chat to rail bosses between 7.30am and 9.30am on the upper concourse of London Bridge station.
The Thameslink website says: “We’ve found this is the time when passengers are most likely to be able to stop and talk.”
The company has long held feedback sessions at London stations on a regular basis, but since Govia’s chaotic rollout of a new timetable on May 20, rail performance in Welwyn Hatfield and Potters Bar has been badly affected.
