Two sets of utility roadworks that are holding up drivers around Welwyn Garden City are set to be finished in the next 48 hours.
National Grid engineers, who have closed Brockswood Lane for “essential gas repair works”, are due to leave the site today, and Affinity Water is due to finish its work on the B197 Digswell Hill, near The Red Lion pub, tomorrow.
