Rail commuters face a Christmas Eve nightmare as flooding on tracks in Potters Bar has caused delays.
The waterlogged tracks have this morning (Tuesday) affected services between Stevenage and London Kings Cross, which has hit passengers at stations along the route including those at Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Knebworth, Welwyn North, Potters Bar and Finsbury Park.
Train operator First Capital Connect tweeted: “#UKStorm - Trains between Stevenage and London Kings Cross are being delayed because of flooding at Potters Bar.”
