Hospital chiefs are progressing their plan to ease strain on Potters Bar residential streets by expanding their car park.
The trust running the Potters Bar Community Hospital, given £80,000 by the borough council in July, has appointed an architect and is preparing a planning application.
The grant followed several complaints from residents about parking in their streets.
