There are serious delays on all Great Northern lines after someone was hit by a train near Potters Bar.
A British Transport Police spokeswoman confirmed someone was hit by a train at New Barnet station, two stops down from Potters Bar.
Emergency services are currently at the scene and Great Northern said that all trains would divert where possible.
