People travelling to Kings Cross face delays this morning (Monday) following an incident in the Cambridge area.

Originally reported as a person being hit by a train, this has now been changed to an injured person on the lines.

Emergency services are currently at the scene.

Great Northern services, which run through Knebworth, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Potters Bar, are affected by this as no trains are running from Cambridge.

On top of this there has also been signalling problems at Baldock and an issue with a level crossing between Ashwell and Royston.
