A road between Hatfield and London Colney is closed in both directions following a collision this morning.
A414 North Orbital Road is closed eastbound from London Colney Roundabout (A1081) to Junction 3 of the A1(M).
Hertfordshire Highways tweeted: “We have reports of the road closed in both directions due to an RTC (road traffic collision).
“Please avoid the area if possible and seek an alternative route.”
The police confirmed that a silver Nissan Almera and a silver Mercedes-Benz were involved.
