Collision involving lorry and separate fuel spillage causing long delays on M25 near Potters Bar

A road traffic collision between M25 anti-clockwise Junctions 24 and 23, by Potters Bar and South Mimms, is causing long delays.
A lorry was involved in the accident that has caused three out of four lanes to close.
A separate incident involving a fuel spillage at Junction 24 for the A111, Stagg Hill, is also causing additional delays.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to return around 1pm.
