There has been a crash on the M25 near Potters Bar and South Mimms.
Lane 4 on the motorway going anticlockwise between Junction 24 to Junction 23 has been closed.
Highways England has also said there is a broken down vehicle in Lane 4.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to return around 4pm.
