M25 delays in both directions near South Mimms and A1(M)

There are currently delays near South Mimms and the A1(M) following an accident on the M25.
One lane is currently closed following the incident involving a lorry on the clockwise carriageway near Junction 23 for South Mimms and the A1(M).
There is also one lane closed on the anticlockwise carriageway near the same junction due to a broken down car.
Motorists are being advised to plan ahead before using the route.
