Motorists are warned of delays on the M25 between Junction 23 for Hatfield and Junction 24 for Potters Bar due to a broken down heavy goods vehicle blocking a lane.
Traffic England wrote on their website: “The event is expected to clear and for normal traffic conditions to return between 12.45pm and 1.00pm today.”
