COMMUTERS have been hit with delays of up to 50 minutes on the M25 after a HGV spilled hydraulic fluid on the motorway.
The Highways Agency said an “incident” took place at just after 4am today between Junction 25-24 anti-clockwise (Thursday).
The vehicle was recovered and both lanes were clear at 7.45am.
