Great Northern train services into London are delayed this morning (Monday) due to a couple of incidents.
A broken down train at Moorgate is having a knock-on affect throughout the network, causing around 20 minute delays.
And an earlier trespass at Alexandra Palace is also causing residual delays.
Great Northern passengers from Knebworth, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Brookmans Park and Potters Bar are advised that services may be delayed or revised at short notice.
Newtwork Rail have estimated it will be 10am at the earliest before things return to normal.
