Great Northern has said it will run a “heavily reduced” timetable affecting Welwyn Hatfield in response to weather warnings issued for the region.
A message on its website reads: “Great Northern are implementing an amended timetable which will affect services from Monday 26 February onwards.
“You are advised to travel as early as possible on Monday evening.
“The last train from London King’s Cross to Cambridge will be the 22:04 service and restrictions on tickets will be relaxed for the afternoon and evening so that you will be able to travel earlier.
“On Tuesday, February 27 Great Northern will be running a heavily reduced timetable. More information will be provided when the train service plan has been finalised and you should check your journey before you travel.”
