Trains are running at a reduced speed following a fault with the signalling system between Welwyn Garden City and Potters Bar.
Great Northern has tweeted this afternoon: “Due to a Network Rail fault with the signalling system between Welwyn Garden City and Potters Bar trains have to run at reduced speed on London-bound lines.”
Due to a fault on a train, the 1.21pm London to Cambridge service was also cancelled at Potters Bar, Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn North and Knebworth.
It should have pulled into WGC at 1.56pm.
At all other stations, including Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and Royston, it is showing as being delayed.
