BOSSES at First Capital Connect (FCC) are promising Times Territory residents a normal running train service this weekend.
The rail operator came into serious criticism on Sunday when it scrapped all services on its Great Northern route in a dispute with staff over pay.
There has been further disruption throughout this week on the Thameslink route and more than 550 drivers are to be balloted for strike action.
However, FCC said trains would run as per normal through Knebworth, Welwyn North, WGC, Hatfield, Welham Green, Brookmans Park and Potters Bar railway stations tomorrow and Sunday.
FCC is in ongoing pay talks with the drivers’ union Aslef in a bid to ease the situation.
