EMERGENCY work to replace a 500-metre section of electricity cabling on Great North Road, Brookmans Park, started yesterday (Monday).
A spokesman for EDF Energy said: “The works are expected to take up to five weeks and require the use of two-way traffic signals.
“Our contractors will manually control the traffic signals at peak periods during the week (7.30am-9.30am and 3.30pm-6.30pm) to minimise delays as much as possible.”
