M25 delays near Potters Bar (Image: Archant)
There is congestion on the M25 near Potters Bar because of a broken down vehicle.
Traffic was moving very slowly but delays have since begun to ease around Junction 24, and knock-on congestion clockwise near Junction 23 for the A1(M) has now cleared.
There are still minor delays but all traffic is expected to return to normal within the next 20 minutes.
