Delays are currently building near South Mimms because several traffic lights have stopped working.
Highways England is encouraging motorists to plan ahead before using Junction 23 of the M25 as all the lights throughout the roundabout are broken.
It is causing tailbacks towards Barnet and around Bignells Corner.
