Delays building between Potters Bar and South Mimms

There is currently congestion between South Mimms and Potters Bar on the M25.

The clockwise slip road at Junction 23 (South Mimms) and one lane on the main carriageway heading towards Potters Bar are both closed because of a broken down HGV.

Motorists are being advised to plan ahead before using the stretch.
