Highways England have closed one of the M25 lanes near Potters Bar to help deal with a stranded vehicle.
Between Junctions 25 and 25 anticlockwise, one of the four lanes is closed while officers deal with a broken down vehicle.
Traffic is currently moving slowly, but is expected to clear between 4.45 and 5pm.
