A CHARITY is looking for marvellous mutts to take part in its annual dog show.

The Animal Care Trust - the Royal Veterinary College's (RVC) registered charity - will be holding the fun show at the Hawkshead Campus in Brookmans Park today (Sunday)

As well as traditional classes, the judges will be looking for, among other things, the dog with the waggiest tail, scruffiest dog and best veteran.

Fundraising manager Steph Mitchell said: "The day is aimed at raising money for much-needed rehabilitation equipment including and underwater treadmill and we hope to raise as much as possible to go towards our target."

Gates open at 10.30am and judging will start at noon.

Entry costs 1.50 per dog.
