FOUR people were involved in a three-car smash on the M25 in Potters Bar, yesterday (Sep13).
During the crash a car carrying a man and woman in their 60's flipped off the motorway into trees, before landing in a field.
The collision occurred at 8.15am between junction 23, South Mimms and junction 24, Potters Bar.
Ambulance crews from WGC and Potters Bar, and the air ambulance attended the scene.
East of England Ambulance Service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The couple who crashed into trees and landed in a field both received minor injuries.
"A second car involved flipped over the crash barrier on the hard shoulder.
"The driver also received minor injuries."
All three patients were taken to Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield.
The driver of a third vehicle, a van, was not injured.
