Famed steam train the Flying Scotsman will go past Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield later this month.

The outward journey from Kings Cross to York will start at 7.40am on Thursday, February 25, however the time it will go past Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield has not yet been confirmed.

It will also go past Brookmans Park, Welham Green and Potters Bar.

The Flying Scotsman is one of the most famous locomotives in the world, and the event offers people the chance to have breakfast on it and travel up the East Coast Mainline, its flagship route.
