A TEENAGER was stabbed in the face after a brawl outside a WGC hall.
The 17-year-old boy was taken to QE2 Hospital after what police have described as a “sharp implement” was used to cut his face in a fight outside Haldens Residents Association, in Margery Wood, during the early hours of Sunday.
One resident in the road said: “I heard one person screaming hysterically. He was saying ‘I’ll kill him, I’ll kill him’. I didn’t see what happened, but it seemed quite serious, there were lots of police cars and officers around, as well as the dogs and a helicopter.”
The victim, from Stevenage, suffered minor injuries, according to an ambulance spokesman.
* A 19-year-old man from WGC was arrested on suspicion of GBH. He was bailed until next month.
