A teenage pedestrian has been taken to hospital this morning after he was involved in a collision with a car in Hatfield.

Police were called at 9.31am today to reports of a collision involving a Smart Fortwo car and a pedestrian in Albatross Way.

A police spokeswoman said: “The pedestrian, a 17-year-old boy, is conscious and breathing.

“He has been taken to hospital and officers remain at the scene.”
