A 40-YEAR-OLD man who was electronically tagged has returned to court to ask if he can go into his own garden.
Robert Quinton, from Margery Wood, WGC, was made subject to the suspended sentence order in January after being convicted of assault, but went back before magistrates to apply for it to be varied.
The JP agreed with Quinton and granted him access to his garden while his curfew was in place between 7pm and 7am.
