AN impressive roster of Nintendo videogame characters - both past and present - feature in this classic all-star fighting game as up to four players attempt to beat the living daylights out of each other. The idea is to knock your opponent off his or her feet with a fantastical array of punches and kicks before they can do the same to you. The more damage you cause them, the further you'll be able to smash them out of the enclosed fighting arena until it's impossible for them to clamber back into the ring. Novice players can jump straight into the action thanks to the game's simple controls, but there's also enough tactical depth to the fighting to satisfy veterans of the series.
