Man fined for being drunk and disorderly in Hatfield

A man has been fined after being drunk and disorderly in a Hatfield pub and also beating someone up.
Steven Draper appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 12.
He admitted being drunk and disorderly in Town Inn in Hatfield on Christmas day last year.
Draper denied but was found guilty of assault by beating in the town on the same date.
He was fined £40 for the first offence and £180 for the second.
Draper, 37, of Chiltern View, Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire, was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and £30 to victim services.
He must also pay court costs of £620.
