AN alternative band from St Albans will be looking to put on a stellar performance at The Horn on Thursday.
Kid Cosmic are Mike Foster (bass, vocals) Jim Bennett (vocals, guitar) and Dan McDougall (drums and vocals).
Formed in 2005, songs include Save Our Souls, Running Away and Glorymind.
Meanwhile, a statement on The Horn's website reads: "With various influences across the board, you'll be preventing your sweet ear from overdosing on their rich filled sugar-music.
"Kid Cosmic will keep you up and dancing all night."
High praise indeed.
To top it all off, they also appear to be fans of TV's Chuckle Brothers, as their poster shows.
Kid Cosmic will be headlining The Horn on Thursday, August 20, where they will be supported by Spycatcher, Dave House and Arms of Atlas.
Doors open at 8.30pm and the bands will play until midnight. Entry costs �5.
