Former Spurs legend and Brookmans Park resident Gary Mabbutt paid his respects at the funeral of Only Fools and Horses actor Roger Lloyd Pack.
Lloyd Pack, who was best-known for his role as dim-witted Nag’s Head regular Trigger in the long-running sitcom, was a huge Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
Mabbutt, who made 477 appearances for the White Hart Lane club and was capped 16 times for England, wore a Tottenham Hotspur branded suit to the funeral.
Lloyd Pack’s wicker coffin was transported to St Paul’s - the actors’ church - in London’s Covent Garden, in a bright pink hearse yesterday (Thursday).
Despite his well-known roles as Trigger and Owen in The Vicar of Dibley, he was also a Rada-educated theatre actor of considerable repute.
Other mourners included Only Fools pals ‘Del Boy’ Sir David Jason, ‘Rodney’ Nicholas Lyndhurst and ‘Boycie’ John Challis and actors Kathy Burke, Vanessa Redgrave and daughter Joely Richardson.
Lloyd Pack, who had pancreatic cancer, died on January 15.
