ONE of the UK’s largest sports retailers has come to WGC.
Sports Direct has taken over an empty retail unit on the first floor of the Howard Centre, previously occupied by HMV.
The store sells leading brands in sports clothing and equipment including Nike, Adidas, Reebok and Umbro, for a range of activities for all ages.
Howard Centre manager Peter Brooks said: “We’re very pleased to have Sports Direct in the shopping centre, as it adds to the sports clothing we have on offer.
“We wish them every success and we certainly think they’ll attract people to the first floor.”
