Six vehicle pile-up on A1(M)

A SIX-VEHICLE motorway pile-up caused traffic chaos in the evening rush hour yesterday (Wednesday). The accident happened on the A1(M) north of junction six, at Welwyn, at 6.20pm. It involved a grey BMW estate, a red Rover 45 Impression, a white Iveco van
A SIX-VEHICLE motorway pile-up caused traffic chaos in the evening rush hour yesterday (Wednesday).
The accident happened on the A1(M) north of junction six, at Welwyn, at 6.20pm.
It involved a grey BMW estate, a red Rover 45 Impression, a white Iveco van, a green Peugeot 206, a blue Mercedes e320 and a black Ford Mondeo.
Two people suffered minor injuries, with one being taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage for treatment.
