SIR Elton John’s huge Magic Summer Live concert at Hatfield House next month will feature a second stage of West End musicals.

The open-air pop festival takes place in the grounds of the stately home on Sunday, July 17.

And as well as headliner Sir Elton John, a host of smash hit shows will perform their best known songs in Hatfield Park on a special West End stage.

Fans will be treated to excerpts from award-winning productions, including Wicked, Million Dollar Quartet, Mamma Mia!, We Will Rock You and Jersey Boys, between acts on the main stage.

The West End performers join the likes of Rumer, The Pierces, Lighthouse Family, The Overtones and Wonderland on the bill in support of legendary headliner Elton John.

Million Dollar Quartet tells the electrifying story of the collaboration between Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis.

This spectacular show is famed for Elvis Presley’s Hound Dog and Great Balls of Fire by Jerry Lee Lewis.

Next up for Magic Summer Live is the award-winning Wicked, the untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between the witches from the Wizard of Oz, with tunes including Defying Gravity, Popular and I’m Not That Girl.

Dancing Queen and Take a Chance on Me from ultimate feelgood show Mamma Mia! are Abba classics and will have festival-goers at Hatfield up on their feet singing and dancing.

Based on the music of one of the world’s most famous rock bands Queen, We Will Rock You delivers hit after hit and the cast will perform tracks from the show.

Tickets for Magic Summer Live are available now from www.magic.co.uk priced from 60.
