HARDCORE London rockers Shotgun Riot will be hoping to cause uproar when they play Hitchin next week.

Formed in the capital in 2007, the five-piece are James Hamilton, Neil Lennon, Tom Bauer, Adam White and 'Chalky'.

And now, the band will be shooting by Hitchin as part of an eight-date new year jaunt, which also includes stops in Camden, Kingston and Southend.

Shotgun Riot will be at Club 85 next Saturday, January 17.

Three other bands, namely The Elijah, Fate of a Stranger and 2 Feet Wide, will also be performing.

Doors open at 7.45pm and the music is expected to finish at 11.45pm.
