Sergeant Slaughter march into Welwyn Garden City

A BAND who share their name with a WWE Hall of Fame wrestler will be performing in WGC next weekend.
Heavy rockers Sergeant Slaughter are Ian Johnson (vocals, bass), Graham Fairweather (guitar) and Luke French (drums).
The three-piece, who are named after the grappling legend of the same name, formed in February 2008, and draws its membership from WGC and Letchworth.
Currently unsigned, the band list Pantera, Alice In Chains and System of a Down among their influences, and their tracks, including Everything, Die and Night Maker are both melodic and powerful.
Sergeant Slaughter will be at The Doctors Tonic on Saturday, February 7.
The show starts at 8pm and support has support has yet to be confirmed. Tickets cost �5 on the door.
