A SECOND dead horse has been found dumped in Welwyn Hatfield in the space of one week.
The black and white pony was discovered beside the road in Waterend Lane, Ayot St Peter, on Easter Monday.
It was found just seven days after a horse was unceremoniously dumped from the back of a truck in Bradmore Green, Brookmans Park.
Police and the Highways Agency were called at 10.45 am and the horse has now been removed.
The RSPCA has been notified. Call them on 0300 1234 999 if you have any information.
