BROWN bin collections in Welwyn Hatfield are back on track, after two days of trouble.
As previously, reported on www.whtimes24.co.uk, binmen were overwhelmed by the amount of garden waste being left out by residents in the Digswell Park and Handside areas of WGC on Tuesday and yesterday (Wednesday).
Nearly 50 roads were affected.
But Welwyn Hatfield Council has confirmed all of today’s (Thursday) collections have taken place as scheduled.
The backlog from the previous two days has also been cleared, a spokesman added.
