Can you help abandoned kittens at RSPCA Southridge find a new home?
Two abandoned kittens are looking for a new home together in this week’s RSPCA Southridge appeal.
Herbie and Harry are a gorgeous pair of kittens looking for their forever home.
A spokeswoman for RSPCA Southridge said: “Unfortunately, these two boys had been abandoned and as a result are a little nervous.
“However they love to play and are very inquisitive, energetic boys.”
They could live with children of secondary school age, but will need an owner who will give them time and patience to settle.
Harry and Herbie could live with a calm dog and will need outside access to a secure garden for exploring and sunbathing when the weather is nice.
“As they are so young, they will need someone at home most of the day,” added the RSPCA spokeswoman.
“They have had a sad start to their short lives, it’s time they find the loving home they truly deserve.”
Rocco is also looking for a new home in this week’s Welwyn Hatfield Times Potters Bar Edition Find Me A Home appeal for RSPCA Southridge.
He is a handsome one-year-old crossbreed who came into Southridge through no fault of his own.
“He is an incredibly adorable, lovable chap who loves to be close to his human companions and just wants to jump into your lap for cuddles,” said the Southridge spokeswoman.
“We have been told that Rocco has previously lived with a dog.
“We have tried him with one here and he was good, so he could live with another dog providing controlled introductions at the centre go well.”
Rocco would benefit from being taken to training classes.
The Southridge spokeswoman added: “He is a wonderful boy who deserves to find his forever home with a lap to curl up on.”
• If you are interested in adopting any of the animals call Southridge on 0300 123 0704, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the centre in Packhorse Lane, Ridge.
